Unlike many retirement villages, Althorp Village is privately owned. This makes for a more personal and friendly approach to running the village. However, residents also have the reassurance of knowing that the village meets all government regulations and there is a Professional Manager and a Statutory Supervisor to oversee residents’ rights.
